Special Ability

Each character has one or more special abilities, which are detailed on the character card.
When a character lands on a space with another character and chooses to encounter him, he has the option to either attack the other character or use one of his own special abilities.
Other Rules
* In any instance where a special ability or effect is at a variance with the basic rules, the special ability or effect always overrides the rules.
* If an effect or special ability refers to a die result, only the number appearing on the die is considered, not the modified result obtained by adding bonuses or subtracting penalties.
